One of the most special (and delicious) places in the city to me, @supply_ottawa consistently has some the city’s tastiest food alongside the most lovely service. When someone asks me what my favourite restaurant in the city is, Supply and Demand often comes to mind first.
I love just about everything from the wallpaper on the walls, to the half-size pasta dishes option (because I need to try as much of the menu as possible each time), to the delicately curated cocktails and of course most importantly to the incredibly diverse and satisfying flavours that each dish brings!
Pictured: beef tartare*, charred broccoli with cashew cheese cream (this dish was heavenly), and ricotta agnolotti with corn and lobster mushrooms. *The beef tartare had pickled peppercorns mixed within that gave the dish such a unique texture and flavour. I couldn’t get enough of them!
