People have taken the piss out of me for only losing a pound a week and even someone who was in class commented I must be doing it wrong. I felt so disheartened and wanted to stop going. My favorite kind of breakfast is the kind that you don’t have to make in the morning 😏 . . Overnight oats are underrated. Don’t @ me. They’re quick, healthy, full of nutrients and will keep you full for longer. We all have heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, that’s why it’s important to start off with a healthy meal to aid you in staying on track for the rest of the day! . . . Here’s how I made it- 1/2 c organic rolled oats, 1 Tbsp chia seeds, 1 Tbsp @evohemp hemp seeds, 1 scoop of @furtherfood collagen, 1 Tbsp of nut butter, 3/4 c of nut milk. Shake and store in the fridge over night. The next morning, top with fresh strawberries and banana slices, @beekeepers_naturals bee pollen, cinnamon and @purely_elizabeth chocolate granola. . 🌱 Vegan swap ——> remove the collagen & add in plant based protein. . . .
