Fast-food na niedzielny obiad? 😃 Czemu nie? Dziś u mnie pyszny, pożywny burger z mnóstwem warzyw podany z frytkami z cukinii 😋 Bułeczka też jest domowej roboty, ale przepis nie jest mój, więc link znajdziecie na blogu, ale można też użyć np. kupioną ciemną bułkę lub inną ulubioną 😊😊 Składniki na hamburgery: ▫ 250 g mielonego mięsa z indyka ▫ 1 biała cebula ▫ 1 jajko ▫ 1/2 łyżeczki słodkiej papryki ▫ szczypta ziół prowansalskich ▫ sól, pieprz Dodatki: liście sałaty, plasterki pomidora, czerwona cebula, klika plasterków awokado, plasterki papryki, plasterki ogórka konserwowego, plasterek mozarelli lub sera żółtego, łyżeczka musztardy, ketchup Frytki: ▫ 1 duża cukinia ▫ 1 łyżka oliwy ▫ 1/2 łyżeczki wędzonej papryki ▫ szczypta soli Mięso mielone doprawić solą, pieprzem, ziołami prowansalskimi i słodką papryką. Białą cebulę drobno posiekać i podsmażyć na złoto na patelni, ostudzić. Przełożyć do miski z mięsem, wbić jajko i dokładnie wszystko wymieszać.  Z masy uformować dwa burgery i smażyć z obu stron na niewielkiej ilości tłuszczu. Bułkę posmarować musztardą, położyć sałatę, plasterki ogórka, awokado, cebuli i papryki. Położyć hamburgera  na niego ułożyć plaster sera żółtego i pomidora. Całość można polać odrobiną ketchupu. Frytki z cukinii: Cukinię dokładnie opłukać i pokroić w paski, przełożyć do miski, dodać oliwę, posypać solą i papryką i wymieszać. Przełożyć na blachę wyłożona papierem do pieczenia.
