Для заливки змішати всі інгредієнти. Тісто після того,як витягнули з холодильника зразу викласти в форму(18-20см) з пергаментом,змащену маслом,тісто проколоти вилкою,додати начинку та залити заливкою,можна посипати ще сиром. BARBACOA BEEF Makes 4 Servings Per Serving: 1 lean 1⁄2 1⁄4 Green (Need 2 3⁄4 more Green) 1⁄2 3 Condiment Ingredients: - 2 cloves garlic - 1⁄2 cup green onion - 2 tsp lime, juice - 2 tbsp. chipotles in adobo sauce(to taste) - 1⁄2 tbsp. ground cumin - 1⁄2 tbsp. ground oregano - 1⁄2 tsp. ground cloves - 1 cup water - 20oz. cooked beef eye of round or bottom round roast, all fat trimmed - 1⁄4 tsp. kosher salt - 1⁄2 tsp. black pepper - 1 bay leaves Directions: - Place garlic, onion, lime juice, cumin, oregano, chipotles, cloves and water in a blender and puree until smooth - Trim all the fat off meat, cut into 3-inch pieces. Season with salt and black pepper. Heat the pressure cooker on high (use saute button for Instant Pot), when hot add the oil and brown the meat, in batches on all side, about 5 minutes - Add the sauce from the blender and bay leaves, cover and cook on high pressure until the meat is tender and easily shreds with 2 forks, about 1 hour. (in my Instant Pot I cooked it 65 minutes). If you're making this on the stove, simmer it on low at least 4 hours, adding more water as needed to make sure it doesn't dry out - Once cooked and the meat is tender, remove the meat and place in a dish - Shred with two forks, and reserve the liquid for later (discard the bay leaf) - Return the shredded meat to the pot, add 1⁄2 tsp cumin and 1 1⁄2 cups of the reserved liquid. #healthyrecipes #wheresthebeef

Encore un petit post de repas végétarien, même si je vous rappel que je ne le suis pas, j'aime juste varier les saveurs et mes apports en protéines tout en cherchant à réduire ma consommation de viande ou poisson. . Donc voilà, j'avais repéré les escalopes de Quorn Nature (marque Cornatur) et je me suis dis que j'allais tester de les faire façon poulet teriyaki... et bien ce fut une totale réussite ! J'aime vraiment bien ce substitut de viande... plus que le tofu à vrai dire (même si je l'apprécie aussi). D'ailleurs, si vous avez du mal avec le tofu, je vous conseille vivement de tester le Quorn ! . Pour info, le Quorn est une sorte de champignon qui, une fois travaillé, permet de créer des simili-carnés qui se rapprochent pas mal de cette dernière ! Alors oui... il s'agit bien évidement d'un produit transformé à consommer avec modération ! Mais pour varier, ce n'est pas mal du tout ! . 📊 Macros : 506 kcal - 48G - 16L - 32P . 📜 Ingrédients : 1 pers . Base : 48g quinoa Bio (poids cru) 50g concombre en petits dés 60g brocolis (crus) en morceaux . Teriyaki : 100g escalope Quorn nature en lamelles 20g oignon cru en grosses lamelles 1 petite gousse d'ail émincée 20ml Sauce soja 5ml vin blanc de cuisine 10g sirop de fleur de coco (ou agave, miel,...) 3g fécule de patate (ou Maïzena) 2 c.s. d'eau . Garnitures : 1 oeuf mollet (ne pas mettre si vegan) 10g noix de cajou rôties Sichimi (5 épices japonais, ou piment, optionnel) . 🥣 1) Cuis le quinoa selon les instructions dans ma story permanente "Recipes". Cuis les brocolis vapeur ou au micro-ondes. 2) Mélange le quinoa, les dés de concombre et les brocolis et verse le mélange dans un bol de service. 3) Dans un petit bol, mélange le sirop de coco,le vin blanc et la sauce soja. Dans un autre petit bol, mélange la fécule et 2 c.s. d'eau. 4) Dans une poêle, fait dorer les morceaux de Quorn, les oignons et l'ail. 5) Ajoute le mélange de sauce soja, laisse évaporer l'alcool 1 minute, puis ajoute le mélange de fécule en remuant. 6) Enrobe bien tous les morceaux de Quorn et c'est prêt ! Το βάζουμε στο ψυγείο. Στη συνέχεια βάζουμε σε ενα μπωλ 2κ.σ.κακαο ,2κ.γ.μέλι,3κ.σ.σπορους τσια, 1 φλιτζάνι γάλα αμυγδάλου ανακατεύουμε και βάζουμε στο ψυγείο για 2 ώρες. Βγάζουμε και το στήνουμε οπως βλέπετε στην εικόνα 😉 Μπορείτε να το κάνετε και ολο σοκολατένιο χωρίς τα σμέουρα.! Βγαίνουν 3 ποτηράκια σαν αυτα που βλέπετε (το ενα το έφαγα ενω έστηνα τα άλλα 😂) Είναι νόστιμη και φουλ σε αντιοξειδωτικά! Butternut macaroni - makes pretty decent comfort food 😍 . Roast a whole butternut squash with garlic, rosemary and onions and then scoop out and blitz in a blender with 400ml of veg stock, mix with the cooked macaroni and serve with peas, fresh basil, toasted smashed nuts, a drizzle of oil, chipotle chilli flakes and smoked salt for extra flavour and kick 💪 . You can speed this up and just boil the butternut squash so you can knock it up in 15 mins but I like the flavour roasted gives you more. . RECIPE 🍪🍌 • • •Chocolate chip almond butter banana bread • • • • 2 very ripe bananas • 1 egg & 1 egg white • 100g Greek yogurt • 100g oats (I blended them into a flour) • 30g self raising flour • 2 scoops of whey protein (I used @ghostlifestyle peanut butter) • 2 heaped tbsp of almond butter • 1 tbsp of coconut oil • Spash of milk • Dark chocolate - 150g • 1/2 tbsp of baking powder Could NOT be easier - mix dry ingredients & wet ingredients separately, combine in one bowl and bake in a loaf tin for 30-35 mins at 180 degrees! 🌟

Pancakes have never done me wrong. Cue these blueberry pancakes. 🤩 To make, microwave 1/3c blueberries and add them to 2/3c @birchbenders mix (I used part paleo and part protein mix) and add water to consistency. Then cook ‘em up on medium-low heat! Top with @pbfit.official, @nutiva hemp seeds, + @edwardandsons unsweetened shredded coconut.

Cleaned out the fridge and made some yummy things!! - - Roasted veggies: carrots, onions, radishes (cooked in the oven at 375 degrees with olive oil drizzled onto veggies prior to going into the oven. Stir about every 5 minutes. Total roast time 20 minutes). - - Sautéed grape tomatoes (sauté minced garlic in pan, add 1/3 cup water, add tomatoes, bring to a boil, turn heat to simmer. Cover with a lid and cook 3-5 minutes until the skin breaks.) - - Ground turkey breast cooked with onions and celery. (Pretty basic... cook ground turkey in oat, add chopped onion and celery. Cook until done. I like mine to get brown and crumbly.) - - I use basic foods, nothing fancy. Trust me, you can do this too 🙌

So we know we’ve been a little quiet recently. That’s because we’ve been working hard on a new project of ours. @theryovan project is an experiment in design and living and we’re super excited about it! Please check us out and follow for updates. This one is a particularly personal project and a lot of energy is going into it so we really appreciate the support! — We also continue to put a lot of work in the garden and things are going strong!!! Here you see some Spinach, Mizuna, Bok Choy, and Lettuce. The summer weather has been awesome so everything is healthy and happy. What’s something you used to do frequently but lost touch with at some point? ⁣ ⁣ I personally go through SO many phases, whether they be related to food, fitness, or my hobbies. For instance, 4 years ago I did a 30-day yoga challenge (haven’t done much yoga ever since though) and last month I had a temporary obsession with peanut butter stuffed dates🥜 Recently I’ve had plenty of time to read whatever I want and I feel like I’ve learned more than I did my entire 2nd semester of senior year😅 I used to pick mostly realistic fiction but right now I’m into memoirs and non-fiction which is new for me! ⁣ ⁣ Rediscovering old hobbies is pretty exciting and feels unfamiliar since it’s been awhile, so highly recommend reflecting on what you used to love if you’re ever looking for something to do. Maybe one day I’ll even decide to play Just Dance as cross training again😂⁣ ⁣ dEATs: the simplest mango smoothie bowl ever - blended frozen mangoes with a splash of homemade almond milk (away from home but didn’t even need my beloved vitamix or nut milk bag to do it! Used a sieve), soaked 1/2c oats in it for 10-15 min, & topped it off with some figs, pistachios, and walnuts
