My 20 days experiment with Junk food:
This is the analysis from 20 days of experiment with my body eating junk food, non nutritious meals and no fixed eating timings.
What junk I ate: Maggie, chinese noodles, samosa & other fried stuffs in breakfast, snacks etc.. No specific nutritious meals in lunch/dinner.
Habbits: I skipped some meals, no fixed eating timings, late night sleep sometimes. No workout.
Results: I gained more than half of kgs weight out of which 99% is fat. The deposition of extra fat starts in belly (most fav part of body to store fat😂)
Though i am a mid between ecto and meso with fast metabolism, it leads gaining of excess fat to my body due to poor nutrition and bad habits. Those who continue with this lifestyle throught the year(specially Endomorphs)and thought that why they are getting fatter!!
If we continue such a type of lifestyle then it will start showing aging signs on face. This also increase chances of cardio vascular disease. Due to lack of vitamins n minerals, your body will not perform its best over the period of time.
My msg to all- Keep yourself n your family healthy by eating good, natural n nutritious foods with some kind of physical exercise.
