Visited Hankies - A casual Indian street food restaurant, serving Indian Tapas and specialise Roomali Roti. 📍Marble Arch, London.
Ordered several dishes, such as: • Bhindi Bhel (Okra Chaat)
• Mantu (Chicken Pops)
• Butter Chicken • Seasonal Vegetable • Saag
• Roomali Roti • Smash Berry • Gulukhand Kheer (Rice Pudding) • Pistachio Ice Cream • Masala Chai
Butter Chicken was very yummy. It was packed with flavour and had a perfect creamy consistency.
Bhindi Bhel had a nice and crispy texture to it.
The Mantu contained a lot of flavour, filled with youghurt. This dish was very pleasant and I enjoyed the creamy texture to it.
Unfortunately, the Smash Berry drink did not live up to my expectation. It contained flavours of apple juice.
Gulukhand Kheer & Pistachio Ice Cream together was an absolute delight. Both desserts balanced each other out nicely. Loved the vibrant colours of the ice cream!
Fun Fact: This restaurant does not take tastecard. However, other branches like Hankies Cafe in Soho do. So check it out! 🇮🇳🌶🍗🥬🍨🍡 .
