#TBT from two years ago. I am so proud of constantly developing, being in motion, not settling for less the perfect! It is certainly not easy but it is the right thing to do and one should always do the right thing! It's my own pleasure and reward!
Since that picture was taken, over 60000kg of coffee was roasted under Harrods rooftop. 100s of coffee cuppings set up and coffees graded. Harrods is now a member of @specialtycoffeeassociation and @cupofexcellence. New coffee varieties & processing methods brought in, new blends like Knightsbridge roast Fendi blend or coming soon Tiffany blend created, world exclusive micro and nano lots (Cup of Excellence winners best coffees of Brazil, Guatemala, Peru, Honduras, Colombia etc.) secured, roasted and sold through @harrods and @harrodsfood hall. 17 coffee machines upgraded to @lamarzocco and @victoriaarduino1905 grinders with @puqpress_uk. Over 150 baristas trained and over 20000 cups of coffee are served weekly now! Last but not least, first free-standing Harrods "H cafe" set up in Henley! What an exciting journey it is!!! All is possible and delivered together with and because of an amazing team across all our departments (restaurants, stewarding, buying, new product development, legal, health and safety, marketing, communication, engineering, tsd etc.) and my right hand super talented and passionate Eliasz always delivering what is expected! Going above and beyond! Perfect is good enough! Delivering excellence!
