Another #throwbackthursday when i was fat.. like 238lbs here! My knees and elbows were shit i was ALWAYS tired. Couldn't even run a 6 min mile ( i can do a 5k which is 3.1 mikes in 21 to 22 mins now) my beard grew in patches if it grew at all and my hair was thin as shit. Couldn't hold an erection ( still can't for long) and i was always grumpy!! I half the time i couldn't even see my brand of boxers i was wearing!! PANCAKES, TORTITAS, CREPES . La verdad es que esta receta me salva la vida en muchas ocasiones. Porque tanto si me apetece dulce, como si me apetece salado puedo hacerlas y combinarlas con fruta o con queso y jamón. . No solamente son muy versátiles a la hora de combinarlas con otros alimentos, si no que cumplen con todos los macros que uno necesita. (aunque aquí te indique la receta, recuerda que la cantidad de los macronutrientes depende de tu objetivo, de tu estado actual físico, etc). . 40gr de harina de avena 100ml de claras de huevo 1 huevo completo . Si quieres que la mezcla quede mas líquida (para por ejemplo hacer las crepes), añade un chorrito de agua o de leche vegetal sin aceite. . Lo que sí que suelo hacer es cambiar el sabor de las harinas de avena dependiendo de lo que me apetezca en el momento (de vainilla, de chocolate, etc). Sí vas a hacer esto, asegúrate que la mezcla que compres no contenga otro ingrediente que harina de avena, es decir que nada de azucares, ni aceites, ni derivados (como los de @prozisespana ) . Here is a great analogy I apply to my own fat loss progress, mindset and for other people to understand 👊 . To me fat loss can be compared to a tennis tournament/tennis match, here are some more deeper examples to my analogy 🙌 . First example; you can do everything right meaning preparing your food and sticking to your diet 100% and fat loss might not be as smooth/efficient as you want. Bringing this back to tennis, you could of trained hard and warmed up before the match but had to scrap in a close battle to get the win, just happens sometimes guys 💪 . Second example; You’ve been sticking to your diet 100% but your weight has gone up, hey we even had those days stretch to a week where you are dieting perfectly and a few kilos crept on, you don’t know why this is happening as you are trying your best but this happens to everyone at some stage of dieting for fat loss. Bringing this back to tennis this could be times when your opponent just plays too good and gives you a belting, it’s out of your control guys all you can do is stay positive and keep pressing forward with your diet/next tennis match 👍 . Third example; You have a slight moment of weakness and eat some food that’ll have a negative affect on your diet, for example go out with friends to the movies and devour 1 large popcorn and 2 packets of Maltesers, you then write the entire day off and or week because of this one slip up. Bringing this back to tennis, you’ve lost a few points do you just give up on the match, NO you refocus and think next point 👌 . Anyways guys just some motivation out there for everyone dieting and pushing their limits, don’t give up no matter what 😝 . PS just destroyed a leg session so accuse the lack of facial expression in this photo

Why Amsterdam? 💪🏼 When I was choosing which federation to go with and competition itself. I decided that IFBB Pro League Russia would be perfect option to start. It was 4 months ahead, enough time for preparation, no visas, friends will be there. It is the first NPC show that will be held in Russia, so the event will be huge. Kind of scary to step on the stage for the first time on such a epic show. I needed experience, see how I look on the stage, may be fall there once 😂, gain confidence etc. The closest event in the IFBB PRO League Calendar was in Amsterdam William Bonac Classic @npcbenelux . So I gave it a try to open a visa to Europe, which was not the easiest thing for the flight attendant on duty. Can’t give out my passport for a long time. . Many things have been resolved, with getting the leave, issuing visa...and here I’m nesting in Amsterdam already. Tomorrow my best friend is coming from Prague to be with me. Can’t wait. Yesterday I was so up and full of energy, today half of the day I’m on the power saving mode. Want to rest, rest and rest. Did a quick pump in the gym. Felt like I ve never worked out in my life before😄 Everything was so heavy)) Tomorrow already is the registration day. So curious. Will be sharing as much as I can. For memories. WARM UP Es importante que prepares a tu cuerpo para tu workout. Lo puedes hacer con ejercicios relacionados a la actividad que vayas a hacer o ejercicios que no tengan nada que ver . Ejemplo: caminas en el treadmill 5 min antes de ir a levantar pesas . El tiempo ideal de un WARM UP es de 5 a 10 minutos. Y el objetivo de esto es para que . 🤍 Aumentes tu frecuencia cardíaca y respiraciones 🤍 Aumentes la temperatura en tus tejidos 🤍 Para que te prepares psicológicamente que vas a comenzar un workout . La intensidad debería de ser BAJA a MODERADA. Es importante que te mantengas en esta intensidad para que no te canses antes de comenzar tu workout . *personalmente, desde que yo comencé a caminar 5 a 10 minutos en la caminadora antes de comenzar a correr. Se me ha hecho mucho más fácil comenzar . COOL DOWN Cuando terminas de entrenar, lo ideal es que le hagas una transición suave a tu cuerpo de pasar de hacer ejercicio a estar en reposo. Generalmente esta fase (es ignorada) o no se le da mucha importancia. Pero, puede tener un impacto súper grande en tu salud en general. El objetivo del COOL DOWN es para . 🤍 Reducir tu frecuencia cardíaca y respiración 🤍 Devolver a los músculos al punto de tensión y elongación natural 🤍 Prevenir la acumulación de sangre en las extremidades inferiores (que puede ocasionar MAREOS y posibles desmayos) 🤍 Vuelve al cuerpo a sus estados fisiológicos de descanso . El COOL DOWN (o enfriamiento) debería de durar de 5 a 10 minutos. Independientemente la meta que tengas, es importante que consideres WARM UP y COOL DOWN para que tengas mayores beneficios en tu salud en general y disminuyas los riesgos de lesionarte. También, deberías de incorporar ESTIRAMIENTOS (dinámicos y estáticos) en estas fases. Para restablecer tus músculos a sus longitudes de descanso.

Not new to back lever , was never able to get parallel to ground , & 1st attempt after a long while . Even a good warmup didn’t allow right shoulder hyper extension under such fat load . Right angle is only but a dream of mine 😅. My lever shoulder position places much abuse on distal bicep tendons & can cause unnecessary strain or... I chose not to supinate forearms as that places further tension on mentioned structure . І тут я сказала, що таки да, бо мені 24🤷🏼‍♀️ . Якось хлопець з яким я працювала, все допитувався, як так, що я не виглядаю на свій вік, він довго думав, яких молодильних яблук я обїлась, а тоді придумав цьому виправдання. Він сказав, щоб я не ображалась, але я явно хворію на проказу молодості, це не було образливо, це було смішно, хоча б тому, що він попросив його заразити😌 Я не проти виглядати меншою, але інколи бісить, бо люди серйозно не сприймають, поки не чують скільки років🤦🏼‍♀️ Особливо тоді, коли мене відмовився в лікарні прийняти лікар, бо я прийшла сама, а не з кимось із дорослих, як мені сказав. Та після моїх слів МЕНІ 24, розмова змінила своє русло🤷🏼‍♀️ . Що краще, виглядати на свій вік чи в 24 на 18? Як на мене, добре що не на 30. Хоча багато знайомих кажуть, що я виглядаю на свій вік і що люди просто роблять компліменти.
