These Almond Butter Bars are one of my all-time favorite snacks. An original recipe, so easy to make, and they’re vegan & gluten free as well. Perfect for breakfast or even dessert 😋 Ingredients: -1c roasted almond butter -1/2c chopped dates -2/3c puffed rice cereal (or any other crunchy puffed grain) -1/2 tsp chocolate protein powder (optional, for flavor) -1/4c chopped dark chocolate Directions: 1. Combine almond butter, dates, puffed rice cereal, and protein powder together in a mixing bowl. 2. Spread mixture evenly into a parchment lined container. 3. Sprinkle with chopped dark chocolate. 4. Cut into 8 bars. 5. Freeze overnight or until firm. Coconut and mango smoothie bowl 🥥 This smoothie is made from frozen coconut chunks and frozen mango. I just recently found out about frozen coconut chunks, they sell them at my local supermarket and they make the creamiest and most delicious smoothies🌴 This one has a pinch of turmeric and black pepper. The key compound in turmeric, curcumin, is a strong antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties. Black pepper enhances curcumen absorption, making it more readily available to be used by your body. . Recipe 1/2 cup frozen coconut chunks 1/2 cup frozen mango 1/2 cup coconut milk 1 scoop of collagen or protein powder (optional but great to increase protein levels and avoid blood sugar spikes) Pinch of turmeric powder and black pepper Blend everything together in a blender until thick and creamy texture. Si te copan los postres árabes, los budínes mega húmedos, los frutos secos y el aroma a pan dulce esta se va a convertir en tu tortita favorita de todos los tiempos. Y ah, otro tema... las semanas pasan rápido y ya se acercan las fiestas. 🥳. . 👉🏻Guárdate esta recetita que te firmo donde quieras que vas a quedar como una Reina 👑 la lleves donde la lleves. Postre, cafecito con amigas, TODO MARTITA!. Dale que se viene DICIEMBRE! ❤️. . . RECETA. Salen 2 cuadrados. Duplica todo para torta grande. Pero recomiendo hacerla petisa. . ✔️batir 1 huevo con 1/2 cucharada azúcar impalpable hasta que esté pálido. Apartar. ✔️Licua la ralladura + pulpa + jugo de 1 naranja 👉🏻O sea: ralla para obtener ralladura. Apartar. Luego pela la misma naranja y tira la cáscara ala basura. Utiliza toda la pulpa. La idea es que no te quede amargo. Licuar bien y cocinar este jugo durante 5 minutos en ollita para mayor consistencia. Deja enfriar. ✔️en bowl mezcla el jugo de naranja + 5 cucharadas de un “harina” mix de nueces y pistachos procesados. (Pueden quedar algunos pedacitos más grandes no pasa nada).✅pistachos son caros podes reemplazar x Almendras. ✔️súmale a tu mezcla anterior 3 cucharadas (tamaño té) de miel. ✔️chorro stevia. Use líquido. Anda probando. ✔️agrega 3 cucharadas (tamaño café) de agua de azahar. Esto perfuma tu tortita estilo #baklava o #pandulce. ✔️pizca sal. ✔️pizca polvo royal. ✔️Pizca canela. ✔️volcar en molde. ✔️espolvorear con extra pistachos/nueces picadas y algunos hilos de miel x arriba. ✔️horno 150/160C x 30 minutos. ✔️podes hacer un “almibar” de naranja , miel y agua de azahar para extra humedad. Esto se lo tiras x arriba de la tortita calienta cuando sale del horno. Pero debo decir que yo no lo hice y miren la humedad!! ☝🏻. . . 👉🏻Que dicen, esta receta es 👍🏻o👎🏻?

We are so concerned about our blueberries costing an extra 2-3 dollars but not concerned to look at labels and understand why we have an epidemic of health problems.⁣ Let’s look and really see what they are doing. ⁣ ⁣ Who wants their kids to eat artificial colors and BHT? Maybe if you knew what was in it you wouldn’t allow your children or yourself to eat Red 40, Blue 1, and BHT - especially since Kellogg's already makes Unicorn cereal in the UK and Australia without these risky ingredients!⁣ ⁣ If consumers knew that artificial colors are derived from petroleum, and found out what they do to their bodies and how they have been shown to affect children, no one would eat them. I also doubt they'd want their kids eating BHT since it is linked to cancer in animal studies. These ingredients are unnecessary! ⁣ ⁣ In the UK, a warning label is required when adding artificial colors Yellow 6, Red 40, and Yellow 5. The label stating, "may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.” That's why the UK uses safer alternatives, like curcumin from turmeric and carotenes from vegetables. The USA still uses these artificial colors especially since Blue 1 doesn’t need a warning label.⁣ ⁣ Blue 1 is still one of the most dangerous artificial colors in our food because it can cross the blood-brain barrier. This dye is also linked to hyperactivity and an increased risk of kidney tumors. Some research suggests it is a potential neurotoxin.⁣ ⁣ People need to know the risks of artificial colors in our food and how these companies are exploiting Americans with inferior versions of their products. ⁣ ⁣ Join in on this petition. CINNAMON ROLL OATMEAL MUG CAKE topped off with chocolate chips and coconut butter drizzle. Dessert in the morning but.... better. Recipe is inspired by @erinliveswhole, but I added in some oatmeal to make it a bit more breakfasty. Ingredients (serves 2) 1/4 cup coconut flour 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 2 eggs 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 1/4 cup non-dairy milk of choice 1 tablespoon maple syrup/coconut sugar 2 tablespoons chocolate chips, divided 1/2 tsp cinnamon, divided 1 tablespoon coconut butter, melted Mix together coconut flour, oats, baking soda, and salt in a microwave safe mug/bowl. Mix in eggs, coconut oil, milk, maple syrup/coconut sugar, 1 tablespoon chocolate chips, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes or until cake is cooked all the way through. Top with remaining chocolate chips and cinnamon. Drizzle on coconut butter, and enjoy warm.

Cookies de café y chocolate Sin gluten y sin azúcar refinada 😊 Ingredientes 🍪3/4 taza colmada de harina sin gluten (o harina de trigo) 🍪1/4 cucharadita de polvo de hornear. 🍪2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo (sin azúcar añadido) 🍪1/2 taza de azúcar de coco (o azúcar mascabado o azúcar regular) 🍪1 cucharada de café soluble soluble. 🍪1 cucharada de agua. 🍪1/2 taza de copos de avena sin gluten. 🍪6 cucharadas de tahini (pasta de sésamo/ajonjolí, podes usar cualquier mantequilla de semillas o frutos secos) 🍪 Menos de 1/4 taza de leche vegetal (sin azúcar añadido) 🍪🍪Reemplazo: podes usar 8 y 1/2 cucharadas de mantequilla/manteca sin sal en vez de usar la leche y el tahini. Procedimiento Precalentar el horno a 180 grados (horno medio). Además forrar una asadera para horno con papel estrella(o papel manteca). Tamizar la harina sin gluten, el polvo de hornear y el cacao. Agregar el azúcar de coco pero antes asegurarte que no tenga grumos. Mezclar todo. Mezclar el café con una cucharada de agua hirviendo. Agregar a la mezcla de secos el café, el tahini y parte de la leche. Mezclar y formar una masa compacta pero no dura y seca. Si es necesario agregar el resto de la leche. Formar 14 bolitas, colocarlas en la asadera y aplastarlas. Si usas mantequilla deja espacio entre las galletas porque se van a expandir. Cocinar en horno moderado por 17 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que estén crujientes. VEGAN BANANA AND CINNAMON BREAD 🍞 super comforting for an autumn afternoon- I make this for my housemates at uni occasionally and it doesn’t last very long.... best served warm with lots of vegan butter spread on every slice 🍂 Mash 3 overripe bananas with 75ml of olive oil, add 225 of white flour, 3 heaped table spoons of baking powder, 3.5 tsps of cinnamon, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and 100grams of brown sugar. Eu sou a doida do açaí e depois de muito tempo encontrei a polpa purinha na @tudoemgraossantamaria Normalmente se encontra mas ela vem com xarope e afins. Aproveitei pra matar a vontade e bati com uma banana congelada 🍌 e um pouquinho de água (ideia errada kkk) coloquei meus macros do lanche da tarde (whey e aveia). 🅓🅞🅝🅤🅣🅢 🍩 Buenos Días, Sabadeins con S de sabrosura y estos Donuts la tienen toda! Tenía muchas ganas de preparar esta receta de @petit_fit y hoy por fin fue el día y no será los últimos! 🍩 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬. 70 gr de harina de avena integral. 40 gr de harina de almendras. 2 huevos. 90 gr de Yogurt natural sin azúcares añadidos. 8 ml de AOVE. 1 cdta de esencia de vainilla. 5 gr de levadura. Stevia al gusto. 🍩 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚 . 100 ml de leche evaporada. 80 gr de chocolate 85% sin azúcares añadidos. 🍩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐨. •Precalentamos el horno a 180 grados con calor arriba y abajo. • En un bowl tamizamos los ingredientes secos (harinas, levadura). •En otro bowl agregamos los ingredientes húmedos (yogurt, AOVE, vainilla, stevia) • Vamos echando poco a poco los ingredientes secos en el bowl de los ingredientes húmedos hasta conseguir una textura cremosa y homogénea. • Vertemos la mezcla en los moldes para donuts engrasados con un poco de aceite de coco. •horneamos 12 minutos a 180 grados o hasta que al pincharlos con un palillo salgan limpios. • Los sacamos , los dejamos atemperar antes de desmoldar, mientras preparamos la cobertura. • Para la cobertura añadimos la leche evaporada en un cazo a fuego medio, hasta que empiece a hervir, retiramos del fuego y agregamos el chocolate en trozos y removemos hasta integrarlos. • Hundimos los donuts hasta la mitad en el chocolate aún caliente y los dejamos en un plato o rejilla, los dejamos enfriar en la nevera 20 minutos (luego los he sacado) y listo. Yo los prepararé anoche, para tener el desayuno listo hoy.
