I walked out to my car feeling just generally dejected and unmotivated when I realized: last week, I struggled with ONE set at 135. . . Next week, it’ll be 3 sets! Fitness is an ongoing process, it’s never ending and always changing. Perspective is KEY. Don’t get down on yourself, just by being in the gym you’re already doing better than you were last week. . . En lugar de freír las pescadillas, las pusimos al comal sin grasas. •Para el pescado, las cantidades varían dependiendo del tipo y tamaño del pescado. Si vas a prepáralas para una sola persona, preferir un pescado partido en 4 piezas, tomar una y ponerla a hervir. Una vez hervido desmenuzar y cocer en un sartén con 1 cucharadita de aceite vegetal, 2 jitomates picados, 1/2 taza de cebolla picada y hojas de laurel. Today’s delicious dinner 🍝 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Salmon is probably my favorite fish to eat and it’s recommended that we eat 2 fish meals per week. 🐟 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Salmon is a great source of protein and is high in omega-3 fatty acids which are essential to our bodies. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Omega-3s have a ton of benefits for our bodies like reducing inflammation, improving bone strength, and reducing the risk for heart disease. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now that we’ve discussed the benefits of the wonderful fish let’s discuss how to make this delicious meal 😛 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ▪️For the salmon: preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, melted butter, minced garlic, and brown sugar. Place salmon on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ▪️For the Brussel sprouts: preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Clean and trim the Brussel sprouts. Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place on a non-stick baking sheet cut side down (if you decide to cut them) and roast for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ▪️For the pasta: I actually copied the recipe from @thechefshownetflix and it’s delicious! Bring a pot of water to a boil and place the pasta in it. Boil for about 7 minutes or until al dente. Drain the pasta and save some of the pasta water. Slice a couple cloves of garlic very thin and add to a pan with olive oil and cook for a few minutes. Then season with salt, pepper, chili flakes, and minced parsley. Add pasta to the pan as well as some of the pasta water and mix together. Plate the pasta and garnish with more parsley. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This meal is filling and so easy to make. It took me less than an hour to make and I’ll be eating the leftovers tomorrow too. 😋 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *I didn’t add amounts of spices/butter/oil because it depends on how much you make and I pretty much use eye measurements for everything I cook. It’s the way my mom taught me how to cook and now it’s how I cook. 😂

Mes recettes préférées avec peu ou pas d’huile, pour le moment ( parce qu’il y a tellement de possibilités et de recettes disponibles, sur l’appli notamment quand vous êtes en manque d’inspiration, tout est expliqué pas à pas et vous pouvez même connecter votre appareil :)) . FRITES DE PATATE DOUCE : ( la vieeeee 😍) - Couper votre patate en frites - Utiliser une demi cuillère ( disponible avec l’actifry) d’huile et des herbes de provence et mélangez bien :) - Ajoutez vos frites dans l’appareil et utiliser le mode 1. Tout est indiqué et programmé ensuite, vous n’avez qu’à lancer l’appareil. Car oui cette appareil est d’un pratique, il comporte 9 programmes différents!!! Vous pouvez faire tellement de choses avec un seul appareil c’est fou 😍 . SABLÉS/COOKIES AU PARMESAN : Pour ma deuxième recette j’ai utilisé le Mode 3 : 😍😍😍 qui rend le tout croustillant à l’extérieur et fondant à l’intérieur : UNE FOLIE 😍😍😍 . Pour des recettes gourmandes mais saines, et le fait maison qui est sans égal 😍 des samousas, des bricks, des gâteaux, et encore plus 😍 . Vous avez déjà testé ? :) .
