5 ingredient chocolate, can you guess what they are? 🍫 None are sugar😜 These are the best christmas treats after a long workday; When you want something guiltfree without all that processed sugar! It’s the best feeling when you can eat something amazing tasting that are actually good for you! They even have 2 whole grams of fiber in a serving🤯 wow! They are more fudy like than normal chocolate, something I think actually suits them very well😙 It’s also the perfect gift idea👏🏻🎁 Giving homade gifts for christmas is always the most connecting gifts in my opinion, and can mean so much for someone! Who doesn’t like chocolate anyway?💘 - Ingredients: 150g dried dates 200ml water 100g cacaobutter (or coconutoil) 70g cacaopowder 1 tsp vanilla powder 1/4 tsp salt Blend the dates in a foodprocessor until smooth. Transfer the puree to a pot with water and heat up on medium heat. Let sit under low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occationally. It’s suppose to have the consistency like a thick porridge. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well with a spatula. In two small breadforms, add bakingsheets and pour over the chocolate. Even the edges out with the spatula. Let this sit in the freezer for 30 minutes, then you can take them out and cut them up into even squares (or whatever shape you want, use your imagination!) I got 48 pieces. Happy Wednesday! So, @organicallyaddison recently inspired me to make a breakfast casserole just because hers looked amazing...and so I just had to make one this morning!🤭 . . Egg bake casserole: 6 eggs, 1 cup milk of choice (I used non-dairy), Ham pieces/ Bacon, Handful of spinach, Handful of cherry tomatoes, Salt & Pepper. - In an oven dish add all the ingredients and mix together! Bake for around 30-40 minutes. This makes an amazing meal prep for breakfasts and lunches! . . Been working on my assignments all day today so this really hit the spot! I’ve got a lecture tonight then a full day of lectures tomorrow and then it’s the weekend for me!😋 Hope you all have a great day❤️

All the goodness in one plate: salmon toast, banana toast, and egg and avocado sauteed veggies🌈 Finishing November strong with a healthy plate of greens, since december is coming with all of it’s delicious cookies and candy! Stirfry with egg and avocado: 1/2 red paprika, cubed 1/2 small onion, cubed 1 garlic clove, minced Handfull spinach 1 Tbls Soysauce 1/2 Tbls veggie fond Pepper and cayenne 1 egg 1/2 small avocado Rice cake: 2 smoked salmon filee Quark Cucumber Sweet Paprika Seeds Ricecake Quark Banana Seeds Bipollen Fry the paprika, onion and garlic with the spices in oil in a pan for two minutes. Add the egg and stirr untill it is cooked. Lastly add the spinach, soysauce and fond. Serve with two rice cakes and avocado on top of the stirfry. You will still feel guilty. Trust me, I have tried to make it work.⠀ .⠀ And planning to just lose weight in the new year is A HORRIBLE IDEA!!!😲⠀ Why you ask? Because then you are NOT trying to lose weight to have a healthier lifestyle for yourself, no, instead you're trying to lose weight to punish yourself for eating so much in December.⠀ And if you try to lose weight as a punishment you will have a harder time sticking with it.⠀ .⠀ You know I started working out?⠀ 1 week before Christmas, and before I started working out I started eating healthier. Éste Verano me he puesto fina filipina de éstos magnum pero es que están tan tan Ricos que es imposible resistirse a ellos. . . Os refresco la memoria y os vuelvo a dejar receta por si os apetece hacerlos 🤪INGREDIENTES: - 400 ml de nata de soja ( también podéis utilizar Nata normal, anacardos remojados toda la noche o incluso leche de coco de lata, si es de vuestro agrado) - 250 ml de Caramelo Salado de calabaza 🎃 - 1 cucharada de mantequilla de almendras - 100 ml de sirope de agave - 1 cucharadita de Vainilla Tan sencillo como verter todo en un vaso batidor o procesador y cuando tengamos una mezcla homogénea verter en nuestros moldes y congelar. Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes Ingredients 1 cup old fashioned oats, I really like Bob's Red Mill, gluten free 1/2 cup unsweetened almond, or coconut milk 1 ripe banana 2 large, free range eggs 1.5 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp of sea salt 1/8 tsp of cinnamon 1 scoop protein powder of choice 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (I like lily's brand sweetened with stevia, found here Cleanfoodcrush.com/lilys ) coconut oil spray Instructions Place all ingredients except chocolate chips into your blender, or food processor and blend on low speed until just combined. Heat a nonstick grill pan to medium-high heat and spray it with some coconut oil. Gently pour in 1/4 of batter, per pancake, then sprinkle equally with chocolate chips. When the edges start to look golden and bubbly (about 2 minutes), flip and cook for another minute or two on the other side. Serve with a drizzle of raw honey, or pure maple syrup and enjoy! I called in advance to see what kind of menu they served and when they closed as I was 40 mins away. They stayed open, checked every label, and created this! I went there because they said they had a gluten free vegan cookie-wich. And I was down for a little sugar to fuel my ride home, and a sweet treat to reward myself. As we were looking at their veggie burgers and discussing the ingredients and tastiness of their gluten free breads, I saw hash browns on their menu. Salt and carbs is what I need when I travel! Grounds me down and helps to keep me hydrated. Long story, in the end, this hash brown sandwich was created! And ooo my gosh!!! Thank you! I loooooved it! . . Heute Morgen gibt es - Blaubeer Joghurt Pancakes - zum Frühstück ...der perfekte Start in den Sonntagsmorgen... . ✔80 g. Mehl ✔Prise Salz ✔1/2 Tl. Natron ✔1 El. Zucker ✔150 g. Joghurt ✔1 Ei (L groß) ✔Etwas Vanille-Extrakt ✔Handvoll Heidelbeeren/Blaubeeren ✔Etwas Öl . Blaubeeren waschen und trocken tupfen. Mehl, Salz, Natron und Zucker in einer Schüssel gut miteinander vermischen. Joghurt, Ei und Vanille in einer weiteren Schüssel verquirlen und zu den trockenen Zutaten geben. Alle Zutaten zu einem glatten Teig verrühren. Blaubeeren unter den Teig heben. Eine Pfanne mit etwas Öl erhitzen. Je Pancake etwa 1-2 El. Teig verwenden und von beiden Seiten goldbraun backen.
