Absolutely Delicious Restaurant Style at Home!
Level : Medium to Difficulty
Total Time : 1.5 Hrs
1. In a Heated Kadai, add 2 Tbsp of Sesame oil, add 2 Tsp of Cumin seeds, 2 Fennel seeds, 2 Peppercons, 2 corriander seeds, Chopped Onions (2 Medium) and saute, then add Chopped Ginger and Garlic and saute until the raw smell moves away, then add Chopped Tomatoes (4 Large), 4 Red Chillies, 10 half cashews and cook until Mushy and cool down and blend to a puree.
2. Again in a Heated Kadai, add 3 Tbsp of Sesame oil, Red Chilli Powder, Little Sambar Powder, Garam Masala, Salt and add the Blended puree and cook for 20 Mins in low flame. Add hot and sweet sauce at the end.
1. Cut Potatoes (2), Boil and Mash them.
2. In a bowl, add the Mashed Potato, 50gms of Grated Paneer, 1 Tbsp of Maida and 1 Tbsp of Cornflour, Salt, pepper and Cumin powder, Garam Masala, Red Chilli powder and knead well to a dough and make balls keeping a cashew inside. Dust it in Maida and deep Fry in Hot oil and place a tissue to absorb excess oil.
Drop the Balls in the Gravy and let it be for 15 Mins and then again heat and Serve hot.
Trust me, it was absolutely amazing, the Balls were so soft and gravy was delicious.
