c) • Pitch — #Contemporaryphotography since 2010, willingly #lofi therefore expressive, started in #Budapest, Hungary, now experienced in #Toulouse, France. #Phone (#smartphone) made: for the #instinct and the #DIY approach. Leaning on #mythology-ies, personal #reverie and #opticlanguage dynamics. Vivid journal — Granulous, combinatory, urban... Many #series and micro-tales. I do exhibitions and print albums, I am also a #workshop facilitator for expressivity. My intent is to make strong images. That speak to the unconscious; I want them nervous and storytelling oriented.
d) • I live and work in Toulouse after a long stay in Budapest, where I started to shoot a Cigány I identified as a modern lost Ulysses. I am fascinated by narrative approaches that combine: (1) obsessions and dreams, with (2) optic language and dramatic dynamics (see Will Eisner, Scott McCloud or French genius Antoine d'Agata), and (3) — intellect wise — everything that the depth psychology « d'expression francophone » (French speaking, or at least European originated) produced during the past century regarding imagination and the continuous bridge between body / unconscious response and collective dramaturgy / production of mythems. (See Mircea Eliade, Gilbert Durand, Charles Baudouin, Georges Dumezil.) My angles are made of instinct, depth psychology thematics (inner storytelling, personal mythologies) and willingly low-def and low-tech devices, to increase expressivity, to connect brain, guts, sex, heart, faith and intimate tales.
e) • This is getting my number 1 income source: you can support me on a regular basis or acquire parts of this continuous odysseus — I print collectible hand-signed photos and beautiful artbooks. Love!
