Do you thrive off routine like I do?
I’m totally a creature of habit and when I don’t start my mornings off the same way every day, it literally throws my whole day off.
Some people enjoy a nice cup of coffee. Other people don’t even have a routine and wait til the last minute to fly out the door. Totally cool whatever works for you but the last year I have noticed a huge shift in my mindset and the way I think by doing this EVERY MORNING!
1) drink a bottle of water as soon as my feet hit the floor. It gets your digestive system moving.
2) drink my preworkout. I’ve been mixing it with collagen the last couple weeks and my skin is a lot clearer and my hair is so soft!
3) read personal development for at least 10 mins. Right now I am reading High Performance Habits by @brendonburchard - so good!
4) MOVE my body for at least 30 mins. Whether it’s teaching my classes @infinityfitnessptbo or following my current workout program @thework or just some stretching, I move.
The four things you guys. Completely life changing. This didn’t happen over night but I started and once I felt how much better it made me, I kept going.
