After nearly 3 years of eating mostly fruits and drinking juices I can confidently say that:
THE MYTH ABOUT FRUITS CONTAINING TOO MUCH SUGAR AND THERE FOR BEING BAD FOR YOU IS COMPLETELY FALSE.
THERE ARE 2 TYPES OF SUGAR:
Intrinsic sugars (inside fruits & veggies ) are the most healthier food you could ever eat. They cleanse you, hydrate you and make your skin glow like any cream will ever do!!! Extrinsic sugar( refined, isolated, added sugar) are the bad guys, they’re simply empty calories, no nutrition, no vitamins, no water,.... nada!!! 🙄
They will age you faster, will make you feel bloated, tired,...
