Yes, I did just buy 3kg of beef bone marrow. Back on track tomorrow. I’ve succumbed to Greek yoghurt with honey 🍯 - the best combination known to man - and my blood sugar has gone on a rollercoaster and my sugar cravings are back on attack and I feel weird. Sooo, tomorrow: fasting until 12:00 at noon, beef & bone marrow & salt until the end of the week. Also, a goal of 6 units of quick acting insulin max. a day until Sunday. Fortunately I woke up weighing 72.8 kg this morning, so I’m still on track in that regard, but who knows what the insulin injection bomb 💣 from today will do tomorrow... one positive from all the honey: sugar rush. Although doesn’t really outweigh all the negatives: Brain fog, nervous energy, blood sugar spike, too much insulin, etc... oh well, learn & run with it! I really dislike how much control sugar has over me, even if I just ingest the smallest bit. That’s why I’m so grateful to have found the carnivore diet. Keto didn’t really work. Even though I haven’t managed 30 consecutive days of beef, water, salt straight, I’m getting closer and closer. And each time I get to around 3-4 days of the #liondiet all of my cravings go away & i feel like I’m free. Weird thing to say about food, but it’s honestly the only time since I can remember that I didn’t think about food, I.e. sugar in some shape or form, all day.
