Tonight's dinner I made up as I went but was turkey and veg tray bake and spuds!
Peeled and chopped some spuds and put on a tray. Dried off with kitchen roll and sprayed with frylight butter and sprinkled with rosemary and garlic. Baked for 50mins 180c.
Chopped up 1 red onion and 1 yellow pepper and put in a roasting tray with a handful of tomatoes. Cut 1 large turkey breast fillet in half and laid on top.
In a jar I poured 1 can of chopped tomatoes, large squirt of tomato puree, 1 tspn each of; rosemary, garlic, parsley, chilli flakes, oregano. Added some S&P. Mixed it all in then poured over the turkey and veg. Baked on 180c for 30 mins.
